Cherry Smoking Chips
Cherry smoking chips add a mellow, sweet, fruity smoke. Cherry chips are excellent with vegetables, seafood, beef and pork—especially for ribs.
Smoking chips can be used on a charcoal grill, gas grill and in smokers.

- Shavings work well in a foil pouch (typically used on a gas grill) or in smokers
- Chips are great for the charcoal grill for cooking times of 30 minutes or less
- Chunks are best suited for longer cooking times
Each bag weighs 2 lbs. and should be good for several hours of smoking goodness.
