The leaves have fallen—and so have the reclaimed trees providing us with a bounty of natural edge slabs!

As your thoughts begin to turn in for the winter, let us bring your attention to those indoor business and home projects you’ve been meaning to create.

carm1webYou may have already noticed a new section of our online shop devoted to natural (live) edge slabs.  Many of our local businesses and neighbors have!  Establishments are requesting our custom services to build community tables, benches, and bar tops.  Our neighbors have come in with home projects in mind such as coffee tables, dining tables, and benches.

Our online inventory is chocked full of beautiful Boxelder, Black Locust, Black Walnut, Cherry, and Silver Maple slabs up to 67″ long and up to 23″ wide.  We have large slabs too, viewable by appointment only: Ash, Black Walnut, Boxelder, Cherry, Elm, Silver Maple, and White Oak—from 7′ to 17′ long and up to 3-1/2′ wide.  Many are available as book-matched pairs!

Our slabs are sold flat- & rough-sawn.  Though, some have been surfaced “hit & miss” to give you a better idea of the figure & character to be discovered within.  Once finished, you’ll be amazed by the natural beauty, color, and glow of each species with its natural figuring.

If you’re local and want to view our reclaimed slabs featured in the urban environment, visit Butter Bakery Cafe, Milton’s, Capella Towers (lobby), Dangerous Man Brewing Company, Pizza Lucé, and Seward Community Cooperative or see photos on our design page.

To find the natural edge slab perfect for your next project, check out our online store inventory, make an appointment to purchase these or the larger slabs we have in stock, or keep checking back as new slabs are added to our online inventory.

Happy building!
